Deep Cleaning
A more detailed cleaning for homes that need extra attention.

Inside cabinets, drawers, refrigerator and oven are not automatically included unless specifically added to your service. The refrigerator must be emptied before our team cleans the interior.

Add-ons must be requested when booking so our team can plan the right amount of time for your service.
Important: Cleaning between the double glass panels of an oven door is not included. Our team does not disassemble or remove oven-door components.
What Is Not Included
To protect our team, your property and the quality of our service, the following services are not included in our standard cleaning packages:
- General home organizing
- Washing dishes (except guest dishes during Vacation Rental Turnovers)
- Laundry
- Excessive clutter removal
- Moving furniture or objects weighing more than 20 lb
- Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning
- Exterior window cleaning
- Wall washing, except limited spot cleaning around the toilet area when appropriate
- Garage, lanai, porch, balcony, patio or outdoor-area cleaning, unless approved in advance
- Pool deck cleaning
- Pest or cockroach infestations
- Biohazard cleaning, including human or animal feces
- Medical or hazardous waste
- Hoarding conditions
- High or unsafe ladder work
- Disassembling appliances
- Cleaning between double oven-door glass panels
- Rooms with closed doors — closed rooms are not entered or cleaned
Before Your Cleaning Appointment
To help our team provide the best possible service:
- ✓ The home should be ready for cleaning before our team arrives
- ✓ Excessive clutter should be removed from surfaces and floors
- ✓ Pets should be secured when necessary
- ✓ Water and electricity must be available
- ✓ Please provide 1–2 rolls of paper towels and 1–2 kitchen trash bags
- ✓ Refrigerator interiors must be emptied if refrigerator cleaning is purchased
- ✓ Valuable or delicate items should be secured before cleaning
- ✓ Any delicate surfaces requiring special products should be disclosed in advance
