Recurring Cleaning

- ✓Dust furniture, accessible surfaces, shelves and reachable ceiling fans
- ✓Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors
- ✓Bathrooms: toilet, tub and shower, sink, mirrors and fixtures
- ✓Vacuum carpets and rugs, vacuum and mop hard floors
- ✓Make beds with linens provided by the client
- ✓Empty household trash and replace liners
Not included: inside appliances or cabinets, blinds, dishes, laundry or organizing.
Deep Cleaning
Everything in Recurring, plus:
- ✓Baseboards, doors, door frames and light switches
- ✓Detailed cabinet fronts and appliance exteriors
- ✓Window sills
- ✓Detailed grout and shower scrubbing
- ✓Extra attention to buildup on accessible surfaces
- ✓Under lightweight, accessible furniture (items over 20 lb are not moved)
Available add-ons: inside oven, inside refrigerator, inside cabinets, blinds and bed linen changes.
Move-In / Move-Out
For empty or move-ready homes

Vacation Rental Turnover
Between every guest stay
- ✓Beds made and towels staged with the owner’s linens
- ✓Kitchen reset, guest dishes washed and put away
- ✓Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized
- ✓Cribs, high chairs and kids’ items wiped down
- ✓Floors vacuumed and mopped, trash removed
- ✓Photo report of the finished home sent to the owner after every turnover
Not included: laundry, inside refrigerator or oven unless added, lanai, pool deck or outdoor areas.

How to Prepare for Your Cleaning
A little preparation helps our team spend every minute cleaning, so your home gets the most out of each visit.
Put away toys, clothes, papers and personal items so we can clean surfaces and floors instead of organizing.
Dishwashing is not included in residential cleaning. Please wash or put away dishes and clear the sink so we can fully clean counters, sink and stovetop. (Vacation rental turnovers include washing and putting away guest dishes.)
For your privacy, our team does not open closed doors in residential homes. Any room left closed will be skipped.
Keep pets in a separate room or crate during the visit, and let us know about any pets in the home ahead of time.
Store jewelry, cash, important documents and delicate decor in a safe place.
Share your door code, lockbox or key instructions, and register our team with your community gate if needed.
We bring our own cleaning products and vacuum. For residential cleaning, we just ask that you provide paper towels and trash bags.
We need running water, electricity and working lights to clean properly. For move-outs, please keep utilities on until we finish.
